Read this review before booking. If you are looking for a place to sleep, and can not make it to Vegas, this is your only option. Reserve a room on the FIRST FLOOR. We stayed on the second floor, the room was gross and the sheets had stains, the toilet did not work, and the bathroom floor was messed up. There is no food available, no bar, no gift shop, only a vending machine. When we stayed on the first floor, the rooms were much nicer and cleaner, it appears they are remodeling the rooms and starting on the first floor. The pool was not open for the season, there is a large gym, and the 'casino' is digital games only. There is nothing in the area, McDonald's for food, Carl Jr, Dennys next door in the casino, Starbucks in the gas station. I also learned that the owner of the Primm is the owner of Buffalo Bills, and the employees who work for these places LIVE in the housing behind the hotel. We did not feel unsafe, the pictures are not what is advertised but it was a place to sleep.

Place isn’ta bad stay, just the facility isn’t the prettiest. We asked for extra towels twice and they never came, had to go down to the desk to get them ourselves. There was no tv remote and asked 4 times over 3 days and 2 nights and we still never received it. Most lights in the room don’t work and the phone has no numbers to call downstairs. They direct you to go next door to Buffalo bills to contact a manager. Good luck if you need anything. But if you just need a place to poop shower and shave it’s not bad

There is absolutely NO food or drink on property except water from your bathroom. No machines to get a snack or drink. Gift shop closed till summer. Bar closed, Alcohol available only if you were gambling. No coffee maker in room nor onsite. You have to walk across the road (took me 25 min) to the gas station convenience store and Starbucks. Even the staff said they were hungry and thirsty.

Location was good, check in went fast, beds were ok but once settled in the room it went downhill fast. Toilet was overflowing on the floor. Used towels to soak up. Called front desk for maintenance and more towels. Was told housekeeping was gone for the day (late check in, after 11 pm) and would bring in morning. Told maintenance would be there when he could but was busy with other rooms as well. He didn't show up until 610 am, we checked out at 930 am with no towels still either. Pretty upsetting
