Absolutely terrible. Where to begin, when I checked in the lady was on the phone discussing her pay stubs while trying to help me. She finally got off the phone to then charge me for the room BEFORE I had seen it, and then take an extra $100 dollar deposit that I still haven’t received back. I understand holding but I previously put my card on file and I have never had a hotel do that. The pool was filthy with dirty and possible feces. The jacuzzi was not working. Now to my room. Fingernail clippings & crumbs all in the sofa, beds, and ground. The bathtub was a dirty mess with hair all over it. The whole hotel smelt disgusting. The road noise was awful. The only plus was they provided ear plugs. I was extremely disappointed. I travel a lot for my daughters cheer competitions and I have stayed in many hotels this by far was the worst. I was cleaning the hotel myself. I also made sure to use my own blankets. Just really sad. All in all I was out $293 for a one night stay. I do not recommend.

No power no service
I reserved a room during the ice storm, but when I arrived, I learned that the power was out, but they were still accepting reservations, but not allowing anyone to actually stay there. I had to find another place to stay, and was not able to cancel the reservation with them or online, once told there was no power. I am hoping I was not charged.
