Clean room. Good amenities. Close to shopping and restaurants. Our room was on the 3rd floor. It was fairly noisy due to rude folks on the 4th floor. Also, we had to keep re-activating our key cards which was fairly maddening.

We always enjoy staying at The Grand hotel when we visit Portland. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the area is quiet. The free breakfast is great. And it's in a great location.
