My first time in Portland, and I must say it was amazing. The hotel was close to a walking trail which was a very nice view and walk. The food scenery was amazing, I definitely would go back to Portland for another trip.

Wonderful in every way except for very expensive parking and difficulty getting a spot outside the doors to unload luggage. Great value for money. Our room with kitchenette was spacious and luxurious and exceeded our expectations. Staff were accommodating. On-site food and drink options were great and very convenient. Staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The pool was small but it was nice to have an indoor pool, especially in the heat, and the seating area around it was relaxing.

Hotel room was great with dishwater, fridge, dishwasher and sink. Some of the plates and dishes were dirty so we had to rewash before using. Also, there was no parking, so we had to park in a garage down the street. When I did research, it showed that the property had EV chargers, but they did not the hotel was clean, spacious, and in an area where you could stroll to shops and dining.

It’s a nice hotel it very limited. Bathrooms had mold and cobwebs all over them. There are literally drug deals right outside the doors happening at all times. So many drug addicts and homelessness. No where to park unless you valet. Shower in rooms as gross.

Staff is excellent! very friendly and accommodating! mind-blowing!!! breakfast is great! short and beautiful walk along the river to downtown! convenient for public trans to downtown. I would definitely recommend Hyatt House and stay there again!
