Received a phone call from the front desk with a noise complaint. One of us was in bed with the TV off and the other was brushing their teeth. Not sure where the noise came from but it wasn’t us. The person who called was rude and abrupt, not acknowledging the possibility that it could have been a mistake.

I remember staying here years ago and liking it a lot. It’s so convenient to get on the street car right outside the door and it’s right at the river with a nice path to walk on. Everything felt dirty though. Even the carpet in the hallway needed to be vacuumed and had visible debris. The room felt dirty and the dishes in the kitchen were dirty. The extra sheets for the pull out bed had hairs in them and there was no warm blanket unless we went back down to the front desk - no room service to make up for their lack! I wouldn’t stay here again.
