If you have a pet, you get the crappy basement rooms and have to pay extra plus a $100 deposit. Toilet overflowed first flush and they had no one to fix it. Finally gave me a plunger but I had to do it myself. Smoke alarm was missing...just wires hanging out of the ceiling.

Maybe a one time thing.....

One of the worst experiences, my TV was broken and they spent an hour and a half over two visits. I asked for a price break or new room, didn't get either. Ended up leaving on one channel the entire visit. By the time they were done with the TV, I didn't have time to make it comfortably to the pool. So no tcmv and no pool.

Not sure if there was a change in management or if there just needs to be? So different from any of my other stays. Pool/Spa/Gym was filthy. Staff we're not attentive to issues throughout the property. Noise was an issue. Lack of sufficient towels and washcloths. Romote was not working so couldn't watch TV. AC worked good though.
