★★SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS★★

- The Master Bedroom on the top level has a King Sized Bed, with a six-drawer dresser. We consistently get compliments on the mattresses we provide - the Zinus memory foam mattress is the most recommended mattress by short term rental hosts. The extra large walk-in closet includes a twin over double bunk bed for the kiddos. Also, enjoy the comforts of a spacious master bathroom connected to this bedroom.

- The 2nd bedroom also has a queen sized, memory foam mattress. Additionally, this room contains a day bed that has 2 twin mattresses (memory foam mattress, of course!). This daybed allows guests to utilize two twin beds OR convert the two twins into 1 King bed! There is also a dresser and large closet that we turned into a kids space with toys, a kids tent, and kids activities.

- The 3rd bedroom contains a Queen mattress and is on the main level near the kitchen. It's also closest to the Arcade :)

★★LIVING AREA★★
-Enjoy lounging on a cozy leather sectional as you watch your favorite shows or the big game. The stylish decor and fireplace are sure to make you and your gusts feel right at home!

★★KITCHEN / DINING★★
-This kitchen is the perfect spot to cook your group meals. The kitchen features an oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and all appliances/cooking essentials. Our Keurig has options for using both a K Cup or making a hot pot of coffee to start your day! The dining table seats 8 people, so you can enjoy a family meal while traveling.

★★BATHROOM★★
-Three bathrooms allow for multiple families or groups to have their own, private bathroom. The bathrooms include modern, trendy fixtures + comfy bath towels.

-We have outdoor patio furniture for you to enjoy those beautiful summer nights (no grill).

This was a wonderful place to stay for a family. Everything was within walking distance. The layout was perfect for a family who enjoys Zoe spending time together. If you want to do much cooking you probably want to stop and check out the kitchen supplies first. While the basics are provided, there were minimal cooking pans and supplies. We ended up having to eat out more than I wanted. Everything else was great. Communication with the host was amazing.

Our Family Stay Review

Dylan was a great host and communicated with instructions and service from well prior to our stay all the way through the end. Many families come through these homes and then turn around and another family will stay. So no one should ever expect perfection as that requires so much to maintain. With that being said, we had a minor concern and spoke with Dylan immediately and he had this taken care of for us the very next day. It was a very nice home with so much thought and effort put into the home, which made this a very convenient and comfortable stay for my family. Thank you!

Fantastic family stay

The house and location were perfect for adults and children alike. The house had a great set up for kids to keep themselves entertained, and it is close to town for ice cream, meals, and walking to the beach. Dylan couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend this property for large families looking for a perfect place for all ages! Lots of sleeping options, SUPER clean, and three bathrooms which is important! Thank you Dylan!
