Smelled like a dispensary when we walked in. Check in went decent, parking fee is a bit much for the area. Got woke up at 3am to the fire alarm going off and had to stand outside for about 25 mins waiting to go back into our room. Room next to us decided it was the perfect time to party at 4am. Noone at front desk, phone in room didnt work to call desk. Called by cell phone and no answer. Room was road facing and very noisy. Shame because the room was really nice and hotel overall was great. Wont be staying here again, for the price, etc you can get more for your money at other hotels without all the bs.

In room amenities did not work, and not fixed..

Daughter and I stayed one night for a fun night in town...TV did not work, asked multiple times to get it fixed, staff dismissive to getting anything done about it, nothing happened, TV never worked. Refrigerator was not cold, room temperature. Disappointment.

We were so happy we chose Cambria Hotel for our stay while attending an event at the Baird Center. The staff person at check in was friendly and accommodating. The room had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious! The pool, though not very big, was nice and warm. One thing missing was free breakfast. We would have appreciated a quick simple breakfast before heading out to our event in the morning.

The hotel was very modern and clean. Bed was very comfortable and swimming pool was nice. Cons would be the tv is in a weird place on the wall, so you kind of have to watch it in an angle. They could have used some runners in the hallway by the room door- hardwood floors/no carpeting makes it hard to take off your boots in the winter. Water pressure in bathroom was weak, but it was very clean and easy to get around to restaurants.

The lobby door was locked when I arrived at 4pm on a Saturday afternoon. I had to wait for someone coming out to activate the automatic door. The shower was warm, not hot. They charged me $25 for overnight parking but their lot was full. She said the fee also applied to the public lot next door. Why are you charging $25 to park in a $15 public lot? Headboard light just kept flashing and never came on. Room was sparse and not comfortable, it was more like an unfinished dorm room. I will never book at a Cambria again.
