Hotel was beautiful and the amenities were great. My only problem is that I'm an EV owner and we chose this hotel because it had EV charging available. When we arrived we found out that it so let level 2 charging, there is only one charge port available and we had to get engineering to turn it on. That was a hassle. When a hotel advertise s charging, it shouldn't be such a hassle to get your vehicle charged there

Checkin was quick as staff helpful & professional. Hotel was clean. This hotel is updated and you can tell it is older. Very busy lobby but vibrant and welcoming. We enjoyed the parking ramp next to hotel and you could walk through the tunnel to the hotel- you didn’t have to go out on the street. .
