Made reservation through Expedia. Was supposed to be a king deluxe that sleeps 4. Gave us a room that sleeps 2 them when i complained and they moved us they gave us another room that only slept 2. When i called to complain the hotel brought in a roll away that was a twin so me and my husband had to sleep together on a twin bed. When i made a formal compliment they said because i booked through Expedia it was there fault for miss representation.

Great hotel. Great location - easy walk to many amazing restaurants. Our room was beautiful - very clean and bed was comfy. My only complaint was the noice on our floor. This complaint obviously has nothing to do with the quality of the hotel, but rather the courtesy of the guests. Awoke multiple times between 1am-3am due to loud guests.

Gave them a second chance

Enjoyed my second stay much better than my first stay. The decor is very artsy, which I love. I enjoyed the art exhibits and the restaurant. During my first stay, I felt that I was being judged by the manager on duty because I didn't look like the young professionals mingling in the lobby (I'm about twice their age). She claimed she couldn't find my reservation, which was eventually verified. I was glad we gave them a second chance.

Wonderful choice in a great mid western town; surrounded by art galleries within, popular lobby bar/lounge, nice gym, breakfast on upper floor Has a boutique hotel feel, responsive helpful staff plan to Return in Sept and I never stay in same place twice!!

After a 5 day stay, I’d say this is a gem of a hotel. The food at Aria is exceptional. The art work all around is visually wonderful. There are many little details around the hotel rooms that are obvious someone put lots of thought into choosing everything that’s put in a room. The pizza at Proof is as good as NY pizza. All the staff we interacted with were very nice and kind.

My second visit to this spectacular place! There are a very few, very special hotels out there -almost like people - with their own charm and character and personality. The Saint Kate is your fabulous, gorgeous, kind, wildly-creative friend with amazing style and a heart-felt smile for everyone, who manages to make you feel special just by proximity. Thanks again, SK, for a memorable visit, outrageous art, a delightful room, divinely unique detail, crazy comfy bed, fantastic lounge music and delicious food. A special shout out to Clay, the truly gracious and hospitable day bartender whose warmth, welcome and insights on the city absolutely made our stay.
