Could not get into room with code provided, had to get an emergency code, had to call back a second time as they did not send the new code as promised. Person states this happened before and they probably need to get it fixed. No parking spaces available, had to park blocks away with luggage. Kitchen barely stocked, only 3 coffee pods, 2 granola bars. Room was nice however. except for the toilet paper roll holder was broken.

The beds are so comfortable and the decor is great! There is really no staff there to connect with, which is different. You go and leave like its an apartment- they just send codes and there is no service desk. I loved the place! Very steep stairs for older people to go up.

Great location, clean, but lots to improve on

Location was great. There are a LOT of steep stairs to get up. Here are things to note: Middle outlet needed between beds. No desk in room to work from and wifi was incredibly slow, basically unusable. Barn door not covering completely bathroom, so not sealed and you can see in and out. Blinds in our room weren’t flush with the window. Shared areas, nice that you get a spot in the frig since there isn’t one in the room. Laundry room was mess, the washers were full of towels and bedding was all in the ground so you couldn’t really walk in. They also use scented detergent for sheets/towels, so not great for someone with allergies. English breakfast that they advertise to them means milk, yogurt and cereal. Parking was tight, when we were there, a guest in a huge truck parked over the lines and we couldn’t fit in the one left spot so had to park on the street.

Nice, comfortable beds. Check in was easy, and there are a few parking spots in the back. Great neighborhood. The shades in the room are not darkening and light comes in very early so be ready to start your day when the sun rises. There is no continental breakfast, only a community kitchen for you to make your own food.
