Unterirdisch schlecht, niemals machen!
Schrecklich, einfach nur schrecklich. Ich bin keine Zicke oder super penibel... Ich reise viel um die Welt, zelte, wohne bei Familien, in einfachen Unterkünften. Aber so etwas von dreckig habe ich noch nie gesehen. Der Sessel hatte einen weißen Überbezug - mit braunen Bremsspuren. Dazu auf dem Teppich nur Flecken - das zugesagte Internet ist nur an der "Rezeption" empfangbar, man bekommt auch keinen Code, sondern darf nur einen QR-Code abscannen. Das funktiniert dann ja super mit Laptop. Das Bett war nicht gemacht, da befanden sich noch dunkle Haare vom Vorgänger. Als ich von der Rezeption (Internet) zurück kam und Licht machte, lebte der Boden. Ca. 3 - 5 cm große Tierchen, mehr als 10 rannten über meinen Boden. Die hinzu geholte Empfangsdame wollte eine mit einer Bürste erschlagen..... Also bestand ich auf einen Zimmerwechsel. Es ging hoch, vielleicht sicher vor Tieren. Im ersten Zimmer ging der Schlüssel schon gar nicht, im zweiten bekam die Empfangsdame die Klimaanlage nicht an. Im dritten Zimmer war dann alles okay - ich wollte ins Bett gehen, da kam die Dame, dass die Toilette nicht funktioniere. Hatte ich noch gar nicht ausprobiert. Ging aber wirklich kein Wasser. DAS war dann der Punkt, wo ich auf einem Anruf in einem anderen Hotel bestand. Die Antwort war nur, man könne dort anrufen, habe aber keine Nummer (naja, die hatte ich ja!) und eine Rückerstattung gäbe es auch nicht. War mir zu diesem Zeitpunkt egal. Nächster Tag 3 Mails, dass ich das Geld zurück bekomme...
