Hi Courtney, Thanks for your feedback in relation to your stay here at Titree but we are a little bit confused in relation to your comments. We would ask you to contact us directly and clarify the issues that you have raised so we can improve our service to other guests. We were fully booked during the time of your stay and the barbecue and pool area is a focal point for all our guests. The barbecue area has been recently re-tiled, has a brand new hotplate and brand new furniture. In relation to its cleanliness you wanted to cook your breakfast on it however it hadn't yet been cleaned from the night before. We cleaned the hotplate immediately when you brought it to our attention. At no stage has the tennis court not been available to guests so we don't understand your comment in relation to lack of access and the washing machine was working fine when we checked it. All of the genuine issues that you have raised could and were easily resolved at the time. Our apartments represent extremely good value for money in Port Douglas in comparison. Thank you once again for your feedback.

Hi Frank we are sorry for the late reply but we have been busy renovating apartments!! At the time of your stay we had just arrived in this position and still trying to find our feet. We appreciate the feedback but you failed to mention the price you paid for the apartment at the time of your stay and the cost of alternative accommodation elsewhere. It was obvious at the time that work was being conducted on the apartment on the day of your arrival and we apologize for the oversight regarding the grinder and a bit of dust. If it was brought to our attention we would have rectified the problem and any others you had immediately. We would like to invite you back tot he resort on your next holiday at a reduced cost so we can show of what we have achieved the last 18 months. Thanks again.
