I don't feel safe in this place because on the front they have camaras but on the back nothing and the front door in the apartment don't have a inside lock.

I would like to suggest that you put the A/C on in the trailer before the guest arrive. We walked into a baking oven so hot had to leave and return. If you are taller than 5"7' the marlin bed is not for you. Trash on the beach area. We did not feel unsafe but it is in a depressed area. They have a smoking area but do not inforce it. The trailer is clean. They ask not to put used toilet paper in the toilet but deposit into waste can yuck.
