Very cold staff. I felt like we were an inconvenience every time we asked a question. First I thought that it’s the language issue and staff doesn’t want to try speak in English. I switched to Spanish and nothing changed. We also had an issue with the safe. The safe alarm went on when my child was napping. We didn’t even touch or use the safe. We waited for a while for someone to come and take it. Breakfast choices are very small. If you like toast for breakfast look elsewhere. We ate there twice and there was no bread options. I don’t think we will be back.

Our stay was very nice. The thing I didn’t like was the problem with the parking. They should have a separate area for guest who are staying at the hotel and have a separate area for guest to their casino.

Visito al hotel hace mas de 8 años. Es la primera vez q un staff no nos recibe cordialmente y cuando se le hizo unas preguntas contesta de mala gana. Esto ocurrio en el momento del check in. Deben tener personas amables en todo momento y mas cuando reciben al huesped. Se lo comunique al dia siguiente a la otra empleada en el frontdesk y fue amable. Los cuartos muy limpios y realmente todo excellent pero en Las facilities en el area de la piscina los pisos necesitan limpieza y remodelacion. A veces hay animales q dejan su excremento pienso q deberian hacer rondas para q tengan control y no haya un accidente. Nos gusta visitar el Hotel pq nos sentimos seguros y tiene todo para pasar unos dias relajados y agradables.

El Desayuno te lo sirven y no se el chef tiene que mejorar, y en sabores me sentia que estaba en un hospital Soso , Soso y yo no como nada salado y la doña se sorprendio yo decir que estaba malo la tortilla yo que nunca he opinado en los lugares que visisto, nunca dejo una reseña pero esta vez , mmmm En el estacionamiento deberian darle prioridades a los huéspedes pq los que visitan el Casino toman los mejores estacionamiento y el huéspedes tienen que buscar en la parte de atras que es bien Oscuro y cuano se van los del Casino uno se tiene que levantar de la cama para buscar un estacionamiento mas seguro al frente o al lado del hotel que hay visibilidad. La Hielera , segui las instrucciones pegada a la pared de la localización de la maquina de hielo donde dice que estan las maquinas de dulces y brillo por su ausencia , para mitigar la situacion busque dinero y fui a la maquina y tampoco agarro dinero ni en dolares ni en centavos . La Sabana que me tocaron le encontre gotas de sangre . A mi no me gusta molestar a los empleados pq se que estan con mucho trabajo y tampoco no me gusta dejar reseñas pero esta vez en mis años de vida es la primera vez que escribo. Hace tiempo no me quedaba en Hoteles y me movi a los AirB&B donde ningun hast ahora me ha fallado pero retorne a ver a un hotel y creo que seguire en los AirB&B , voy a ver como me va ir en el hotel proximo que tengo. Cruzare mis dedos.
