Look elsewhere!
Their motto is “ Simply Perfect”. This hotel was simply disgusting. We were there for 2 nights and couldn’t wait to leave! We had reserved a deluxe ocean front room with a king bed. They gave us a room with 2 doubles saying they had no kings left. Having reserved two and a half months prior this surprised me especially since when I reserved the site showed a number of kings available. When we got to the room there were clumps of long hair in the sink and toilet. Disgusting! The next day we went to the pool where there may have been a dozen guests. A little odd for such a large hotel with no king beds left? In any event pool area was filthy. The chairs and tables looked like they had not been cleaned in weeks! The couches were torn and there were bird droppings everywhere. Impossible to find a clean chair in the entire pool area. Could not believe that the few people there were actually seated in such a disgusting surroundings. All public areas were in a poor state of repair. Missing tiles on the floors, repair projects seemingly abandoned and left unfinished, peeling paint evident in many areas. In my opinion this hotel is not fit to receive guests.
