Pros: staff were friendly and the breakfast was nice. Cons: Room keys never worked, had to have someone come to the room to let me in each time. I had 5 sets of keys across my stay. No elevator to the second level. Property needs details and attention. For example, new peeling paint in my room and no toilet paper holder.

THE POOL WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND THEY DID NOT REIMBURSE ME FOR THE MISLEADING ROOM I RESERVED WHICH WAS THE POOL DELUXE ROOM. NO ICE MACHINE AND THE VENDING MACHINES WERE OUT OF ORDER. I REQUESTED A REFUND DESPITE REFUND POLICY BASED ON MISLEADING AMENETIES AND NO HONEST DISCLOSURE OF THE CLOSED POOL AND NO WORKING MACHINES.THEY WERE NOT WILLING TO HONOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
