Room was spacious and modernly designed. Staff is very friendly. Lots going on close by. Just a quick walk to many nice places. Hotel has a casino, bar, pool, and gym on the premises. Recommended!

It's my second time here and no complaints at all. Super clean, laundry in same floor. Restaurant has the best avena. Location!! In front of Parque de Bombas & Cathedral. Walking distance of several restaurants. Definitely coming back.

We paid extra to have the city view but no warning about the constant noise. Dogs barking, cars loud speakers, people talking. We were on the 2nd floor. I complain and the counter person just said that’s what happens in this location. No suggestions from desk rep.

To get into your room you must get by the garage that was full of wood and trash type The way to the building was uncovered, you wil get wet if rains.
