This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at in years. Coming in I was told not to say my phone number aloud because there was gangs activity across town. Then the room… carpet was old, bathroom had some mold and it looked dirty. I came in to the area just for 27 hours to attend a funeral. Therefore, I just needed a hotel near the airport and close to the highway and this hotel met the criteria. I was shocked that a website as reputable as Expedia did not vet this property. Let me tell you what I saw: * a roof leaking and a huge garbage can collecting wate * our room walls was wet and there was condensation over the place and when I called the front desk I was transferred from room 137 to 165 * the last room 165 had two lamps with rust and a mirror with a line of mold right across * Never again I will rent a hotel from Expedia because My Safety and my health are my priorities. Just in case to be fair, the hotel’s location of three minutes from the airport is appealing. The optics of the hotel in terms of how it looks outside is good. The hotel needs to be cleaned, remodeled and it needs to be mold and rust free for the safety of the clients. Furthermore, telling me upon arrival that there were gangs activity in the area was absolutely a No , No, No! As I stated before I am going beck to use my Hilton and Marriott apps when it comes to book any hotel. I feel that Expedia failed to vet this property for me . My safety and health are priority. Never again!

I checked in and the place looked run down. They need a major up grade and there was people hanging out in the hallway. Washing machines didn’t work. Very disappointed. I’m never staying there again.

This place has me very upset. Stopped my teenager from coming in with her service dog and they argued with me. Puerto Rico or not they are still under federal standards they have to follow and ADA is FEDERAL!

The hotel is pretty good,they have a nice swimming pool, The problem is that you can't control the air conditioner and the room is too cold and you have to go to the counter to get extra blankets

Family stay

When we arrived it the walls were sweaty and the bathroom floor stayed wet. Not sure if was because it was raining outside. The A/C was running at 68 but not sure why it wasn’t drying up. I rented out another room for my elderly parents and was scared they would fall in the bathroom with the wet floors in the bathroom and walls. It was like that for about 2 days. Also, my blow dryer in the bathroom didn’t work.
