At this incredibly depressing motel on an apocalyptic strip somewhere between Pittsburgh and the end of all things, we were greeted by a cigarette-reeking geezer who joshed us relentlessly in what he obviously thought was a friendly way but was supremely annoying. Our breakfast alternatives were Denny’s or a local grill that looked so depressing from the outside we didn’t even park. I never actually believed in Purgatory before spending a night at the Jefferson Hills Motel, but I have been converted.

Amazing small mom and pop motel. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. Tv had plenty of channels. Overall a great experience.
