Comfortable and Convenient

I enjoyed a comfortable stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburg Downtown. The hotel is centrally located and very close to activities and amenities. The Hotel's Restaurant, Revel was a great option for dining. I am however, disappointed that the business center was not in service which put a bit of a strain on getting my work done.

Shower sprayed all over the bathroom as it had a leak in the joint. The heating was sporadic, hot and then no heat at all. Too bad, as a nice place but looks like we just got stuffed into the worst room because we booked through Expedia!

Staff at front desk was extremely rude at check in and throughout the stay. The location of the hotel is convenient to restaurants and shopping (there is a CVS across the street in case you forget anything or need a prescription filled). Parking garage is on part of the property.

Overall the hotel was nice and in a great location. Unfortunately the service by housekeeping was poor. We had no body wash or toilet paper on our room, we had ask housekeeping several times for toilet paper, body wash , and greasy towels for our 2 day stay. We never had the body washed filled, or received fresh towels, and we had to call the front desk finally get our toilet paper. I hope next time we stay at this hotel our service would be a little better, espetsonce we are Hilton members
