2nd stay , staff friendlier this time. Rooms are sparse no Cozy comfy feeling. Not soundproof either can hear room conversations down the hall when standing at elevator. Ok for saving money and a one night stay. Clean and allows pets. Bed OK not great - frame squeaks . Kitchens in rooms but no utensils or plates or pans etc. Just empty kitchens.

The room was great, but I didn’t realize it was an extended stay. There was a kitchenette, but nothing to make any food in unless you purchased the pans and dishes from the front desk. So we couldn’t really use the kitchenette. Other than that it’s great. Rooms are clean and quiet.

Exceptionally clean. Minimal staffing. No hairdryer one bar of dips. No hair conditioner. No breakfast. Charge fee for towels in your agreement. Loud air conditioning unit.

Very disappointed with this stay as we were there for 8 days and they do not clean the rooms except for every 14 days. No coffee pot in the rooms, extra charges for general cooking utensils. Don't stay here as it isn't like the other Woodspring Suites we've stayed in other places.

Not the best… not the worst….

I’ve been here almost 90 days with a few days away in another state. The company paid for the first 45 days and I paid for the next 31. Room service is every 14 days I’m told. Rules are not clear on where to put your trash etc. you’re supposed to take the trash out to the dumpster or you’ll get a not so nice reminder if you leave it in the corridor. The rooms are not really comfortable and you hear every sound including doors closing at 2:00 in the morning. The management and most staff have been very supportive. There is a coffee machine, laundry and weight room downstairs. No amenities such as a pool etc. No breakfast etc. Overall I’d give a 3 out of 5 stars.
Balla and Charlie were asked to leave on day 3 because they barked too much. The have been in a kennel with a care taker for almost 75 days…

Property is nice and clean and I love that they accept dogs. My only complaint was there was no one at the front desk when I tried to check in, waited 15 minutes, then went outside to use the lobby phone, which rang the front desk six times and somebody walked slowly down the hall and slowly into the lobby to check us in. This individual was not very friendly either. Need a more personable individual at the front desk.
