10 nigh stay around Thanksgiving. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Entire place was spotless and felt very safe. Grounds were well lit and in a safe area, great lighting in and out, and plenty of easy to access parking. The room felt brand new, very clean, very well appointed with kitchenette and plenty of storage shelves and drawers. A little noisy with hard slamming doors in the hallway and room above had footsteps easy to hear with the bare floors (but I prefer bare floors over carpet in a hotel anyway so it was a fair trade off). Beds comfy. Conveniently located in Gilbert and not far at all from Loop 202. Very happy with my stay, will definitely stay there again.

Very courteous staff. Clean. Bed atrocious. Mattress was basically two valleys you could see before even trying to sleep on it. Should be thrown out. Told them at check out. Bare bones hotel. Adequate for one night except for mattress.
