I give this hotel rating a 10/10. The only thing I’d consider putting in the hotel is an ice machine. When my dad asked a front desk associate, she told him there’s an ice machine a block away if he’d like to walk over. My dad is a bit older, and I think a simple “no” would’ve been okay. Anyway, just an ice machine a few handicap spots in the back area. Other than this, the hotel was great! I will stay again.

Rude front desk experience, and the room was not clean floor was dirty and sticky and the bed was like sleeping on springs . Horrible place

No noise insulation

No carpet on floor, which meant you heard every step, shuffle, scraping of chair as it’s moved. And the first night luckily there didn’t seem to be anyone above us, second night was awful, it’s as if they were wearing cowboy boots and rearranging the room around. They were up late and woke up early, no sleep for us. Staff basically said there was nothing they could do! Will not stay again!

I did not like the fact that there was no available rest room until I got to my room. You need to consider people have probably been sitting for a while. Finding restroom soon could be really important.

Sleepless Night

This was a sports trip, one night stay. Thankfully! The hotel was, by far, the loudest place we've EVER stayed. There was noise in the hallway all night. The room above us rolled their luggage around all night. It wasn't even "honeymoon" type noises. We were next door to the laundry room and could hear that too. Minus the pubic looking hairs & stain on one of our towels, the room was clean and had plenty of room for the two of us. They did trade the towel out after we walked the dirty one down to the lobby for them. Check in & out was simple and the employees were friendly enough.

Our room's bathroom was dirty when we checked in and the drain in the tub was clogged. I have to call for maintenance and housekeeping to come and clean it. There was hair all over the tub in the bathroom that was not my hair or my mother's who was traveling with me.
