There must not be any sound deadening in the walls or ceilings. On one side I could hear people getting it on all the time, on the other side I could hear a loud tv until 1am, and the people above stomping around like livestock.

had to wait quite a while for staff to come to front desk even after bell was rung. Paid through hotels.com for king bed and was given queen. clerk said they were sold out so couldn't get a king and asked if I wanted refund of difference in price of king and queen. waiting for adjustment. room nice and quiet.

It is a very new facility. Everything is new. My only gripe is the bed. It is more like a cot. I'd prefer a boxspring and mattress on the floor versus what they call a bed. Also, the elevator almost shut on my hand. The sensors to reopen if something is in the way must have been broken

Bathroom- no hand towel or Kleenex's, lights kept going off during shower and deep tub and no grap bars for safety; kitchen- no utensils or silverware, no paper towel and there was a smell in the room. Just didn’t feel safe at the hotel. Front office was friendly. Front door had a broken handle. I won’t stay there again.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds and was given 1 queen bed and was told if I didnt want that then I could just go elsewhere since there no more rooms available. On top of all of that the elevator shut on me and actually shut on my lunchbox. It did not stop and open again. Thanks to a gentleman in the elevator that helped me the elevator did not stop even though I was in the door way.

That room was clean and decent. Lobby coffee was very good. Staff was friendly and neighborhood was safe. Plenty of parking. Decent restaurant close by but not on site. Why you wouldn't text me I didn't mean some amenities are lacking-- in room coffee makers, hair dryers, tissues--

The staff was pleasant, but this hotel is not for travelers. People live there and have no regard for others trying to rest during their stay. Since the walls are paper thin they make noise all night and you hear e ery bit of it. They smoke marijuana on the premises; and as soon as you enter the hotel/motel room, it reaks of roach spray. That should have told me something right away. I had to change my room 2 times and the noise above and next to my room was the same. LOUD ALL NIGHT. It was so bad, I had originally booked my stay for 2 weeks, and had to cancel my 2nd week to stay in another name brand hotel on the other side of town, which was peaceful, clean and safe. Don't waiste your money trying to save a few pennies staying at this hotel/motel. You will be very disappointed.

Staff not very professional. Although the room was new and spotless, it felt cheap and sterile. No amenities, no shampoo, one bar of soap, no hand towels, other bath towels, thin and cheap, shower so weak, barely felt clean. Noise from upstairs, ridiculous, on and on
