Newly renovated 4 bedroom, 2 bath home located just blocks from the Wigwam Resort. Walkable to neighborhood restaurants and bars, and just steps from Tierra Verde Lake Park. Stroll to brunch, enjoy a walk around the lake, or sip on a cocktail in the sun. Short drive to baseball fields for spring training games, as well as concert and performance venues. Electric vehicle charging on property, please see 220 outlet in photos. Wifi and cable TV included.
The space
This neighborhood is attached homes within the "wall" of old Litchfield Park. You enter into a small foyer area. The living room is large with a sofa with recliners on each end and an oversized chair. TV with cable, board games, cards are provided. The dining is through a large opening and leads into the kitchen and coffee nook. Take the hallway to the main level bedroom with a king bed and fireplace or use the stairs to access the other three bedroom upstairs. We provide your morning coffee, so relax and plan your day.
