Never Again

The front desk worker started banging on my door at 11 pm and tried opening it. When I got to the door and asked “who’s there?” he covered the peephole and just told me he needed some identification verification. Turns out they overbooked and tried giving my room to another customer. Didn’t sleep after this as this whole thing was jarring and confusing.

First I want to thank Ms. Rachel at the front desk. I mistakenly booked for the wrong dates and she went above to try and help me, and I was able to get it fixed. If I had one complaint is was that our door to our room was extremely hard to get opened it looked like it was previoisly broke. And not fixed correctly. And also our bathroom door had the same issue. But other then that great area great breakfast nice people and very clean. The Lady incharge of the breakfast was very nice and kept everything organized and clean.
