The property feels like a quick cosmetic refresh — fresh paint and newer furniture meant to make it look appealing on the surface, but not much beyond that. Fortunately, we only stayed one night, as I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. The exterior felt sketchy, and there was trash directly outside our room. Inside, the table was extremely unstable, and during check-in the front desk agent stated our room number out loud — a basic safety and privacy issue that anyone in the hotel industry knows to avoid. Overall, it didn’t feel well-maintained or thoughtfully managed.

Kitchen did not have any utensils or pots and pans; I brought my own and the wifi is t as good as it states, it's very spotty and slow! Cannot connect our Xbox nor phones to the internet and we even called the number that was provided for us. Other than that, my children and I have been here for a bit and so far the staff is amazing!

Staff was nice but the room was below expectations. Half of the outlets didn’t work, refrigerator was unplugged and warm, water for showers did not get hot, no shampoo/conditioner or hair dryer. King size bed with only 3 small pillows and pools were not heated.

Staff not to friendly. The hotel was not soundproof so you heard everyone rolling their luggage. The deadbolt did not work. No hair dryer, no iron (ironing board provided). AC was in a different area so on a hot day you might have an issue with it getting to the bedroom. The entry light switch is halfway into the room. Not a pleasant stay.
