Inflexible - last stay with this group.

we booked this accidenlty for the day after required and noticed our mistake almost immediatly.. it was on a non-cancellable booking similar to many Wyndham bookins we made on this trip and many past trips.. They were completly inflecible and would not move to the previous day.. so we forfitted the full nights cost... not impressed.

It was a quick trip. I was able to check in early for my event. The room was cozy. The bed was so comfy. Would love to stay again.

Average not Great

Overall, the hotel was average. It appeared the hotel rooms were recently renovated. The room & bathroom were clean but the beds were uncomfortable and pillows were flat. We had breakfast at their restaurant & the service was not good, (I don’t want to say poor.) Food was decent but coffee was nasty. Server did not appear to want to make a fresh pot of coffee which was disappointing!

Staff was very nice, the room itself and lobby areas were modern enough and clean. The pool furniture was horrible — not enough loungers, and those that were there were all broken, mostly with the sling fabric completely torn. The one lounger that was not torn was so warped and uncomfortable it wasn’t possible to sit by the pool comfortably. All the pool furniture needs immediate replacement as it seems like a safety concern (for example, you sit on the lounger only to break through and land hard on your rear on the pavement). If the pool furniture didn’t look like it was pulled out of the trash, I would have given this place 4 or even 5 stars.

1) Bed was worn out, not firm. 2) Tub was dirty. 3) Only lukewarm water in the shower (either am or pm). 4) TV guide only identified the various networks - there was no programming info available so the only way to tell what was on was to flip through the channels.
