The valet staff and front desk were extremely welcoming, helpful and efficient. The room was clean and relaxing, and the toiletry amenities were great quality as well. The lobby was decorated seasonally and gave a cozy feeling to the modern hotel structure.

The hotel was over priced for what it had to offer. There was no bartender by pool and no services by pool area. Also, the gym had a water dispenser but no cups. The hotel itself was clean and hotel staff was pleasant. Would have appreciated accurate website description about pool services ahead of time so I wouldn’t have high expectations.

It was my birthday and they decorated my room to celebrate and brought me a piece of strawberry cake !!! I also loved the rooftop it was amazing aesthetic and great drinks . Only thing I was there was a little self parking area.

Our room was an excellent layout floor plan with beautiful taste of decorations and function. The staff was very professional and courtesy to me and my wife. One only bothers me is I was charged for driving into hotel lobby for designation charge of $25 !!! I was never informed about this special designation charged…

As expected in terms of check-in experience. It was above average for time in queue/line, which is never a bad thing. Staff professional and friendly. Made eye contact and greeted me 5-10 feet from the front desk. Very nice! The room was well-appointed but unremakable in terms of brand differentiation from competitors. For remote road warriers requiring max screen real estate, extra computer monitors were available for a (higher-than-expected) fee. However, today we know that monitors are very inexpensive - not withstanding the almost certain volume discounts any major global hospitality brand would receive. Unfortunately, once I start to feel the least bit "nickel-and-dimed," its pretty much guaranteed I won't be back. That may not be a threshold issue for everyone... One point on the rooftop bar and pool: the pool deck bar was closed, and it seemed kind of like there was no policy around when or when itl was open. Lack of a solid policy based on any financial calculus derived from occupancy status or other factors which, in turn, drive margin is a mistake IMO. Also, the PHX area is arguably, at least in equal measure, a leisure destination - particularly amongst a subset of people where: Relaxation = Pool + Beer (or maybe a fancy "umbrella drink) applies. Its Arizona, folks. Its hot and sunny. We think you can do BOTH the pool AND serve poolside beverages (alcoholic or otherwise). In sum: Perfecly fine if your company's footing the bill for your business travel.

The staff were incredible! From the front desk , to Cameron at the bar , Cory at the Cafe and everyone else that I was so fortunate to have interacted with on my short stay I am blown away! I feel as though the staff enjoy their jobs and genuinely want you to have a wonderful time! In 2025, this doesn’t seem to happen but Omni is an exception! Thank you for a short and sweet stay!
