Expected way more always loved La Quinta
It was very bad experienced checked in from a very long drive into town. The beds were not comfortable it was dirty , outdated the things were broken . The bathroom had no workings vent. Towels were dirty hair everywhere. Asked for a room change thank god it was better than the first one but not how it should be of course . The bed had a safety concern had to keep watching our step not to get injured on the bed rails. They have a problem with housekeeping there. I called and spoke to the front desk no manager available they said a manager will call me next day no one ever called . It was not worth the money I would like a refund.

When checking in I didn’t like how one staff member was upset with a guest. unprofessional staff member didn’t need to air out someone’s business especially in front of minors. Secondly the ice machine didn’t work and on the first floor it was gone. Over all property was clean and well lit in the parking area.

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. 1st room had fresh blood on 3 different walls, the carpet and the door. It was a significant amount, it was also on the bedding and lamp. We called the front desk asked for a safer cleaner room. The girl was kind and moved our room. 2nd room neither lock worked, it was dirty lots of hair on bedding and in bathroom, there was food crumbs on the night stand and a cup in the trash. We let the front desk know we were not staying there and went to a different hotel. I can not get my money back because it was booked through expedia. I will not make this mistake again. Laquinta's in Montana are inside rooms always clean and always safe. This was not the case at this Laquinta in Phoenix Sky Harbor

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The two lane road that lead to the property had litter, as in old tires, etc. along the roadway which lead past an abandoned restaurant. Only two lamps in the room worked. The bedside table was falling apart. The curtains didn't close properly. The room and bathroom were clean. The staff and airport van driver were very friendly and accommodating. They deserve a better workplace.
