When we first got there, the room was dusty on most of the shelving areas. We found a pillow case at the bottom of the bed. Take your own water. Hotel charged $8 dollars for a regular sized bottle. Note: With kids we typically stay at the hyatt for the continental breakfast. This hotel does not offer that. Overall it was a nice stay. ALL staff were helpful and kind.

The Hyatt Regency downtown Phoenix is an excellent place to stay, clean, friendly staff reasonable rates for a downtown location. I’ve stayed there several times and will stay there again when I’m in Phoenix.

My room was outdated, dirty, and just felt gross. I stay at Hyatt properties all the time and this was by far the worst! Hyatt is a good chain by this hotel has only put money into the lobby and not the rooms. The shower had zero hot water, leaked all night and the bathroom was so disgusting. I would NEVER EVER stay here again. Zero care about the customer.
