Overall our stay was enjoyable and the inside of the house was clean. Some things I would recommend. The outdoor area including the furniture was dusty and the cushions were dirty. We had to clean it before we could use it. We ended up turning the cushions over then covering with towels. The barstools have screws poking through the seats. Not comfortable and snags your clothing. Some other details, there was no sponge for the sink and no coffee filters for the coffee machine, we had to buy both. The hair dryer in the master didn’t work, I had to buy one.

There wasn't really any "hosting". House rules said enjoy snacks yet there were none. Four people and a two night stay and there were three Keurig K cups. The pool was dirty and cold (the listing didn't say heated). The patio cushions were filthy and need to be cleaned. The patio was not clean and the hose was strung about the yard. Not a great presentation. Inside the property was clean but. master shower was a double with a wide open non-closing door. So, it was cold even when taking a hot shower. In the hallway the attic access was filthy. Had to go on a scavenger hunt to find the ironing board. You would think it would be in the laundry room but was hidden in a small closet upstairs. When I asked the host about an early check in he said I could check in at 1:00 for an extra 150 charge. That was off putting. I wouldn't book this again.
