Master bedroom has a king bed and the other two bedrooms have queen beds in them. Additionally there is a sleeper sofa in the living room allowing for comfortable sleeping for 8 people in the house. The open living room is furnished with a big screen TV and sound bar, sleeper sofa, loveseat and 2 comfy chairs. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with granite countertops, 4 barstools and all the amenities you would need for your stay. Situated on Coldwater Springs Golf Course with views of the Estrella Mountains, guests can enjoy an afternoon of golf on this public course and later watch the sunset from the patio or take a dip in the heated pool. Well stocked and furnished with 4 outdoor lounge chairs, conversation seating and barbecue along with a teak outdoor dining table that seats 8. Situated 20 minutes west of downtown Phoenix off I-10. Decent Stay Close to Raceway

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this home. We were in town for an event at the raceway which was convenient. Otherwise, the house is 20-30 minutes to most other places we went to. The house was stocked with just about anything you could imagine. The pantry even had emergency food items if needed. There was a large binder with info and rules… not terribly unreasonable other than some unexpected cleaning tasks to do before leaving. I’d like to note that the water heater is kept in vacation mode so you won’t have hot water until you turn it on and wait a bit. We didn’t expect that and was disappointing when we had plans soon after arriving. The owner/property manager we’re very responsive!

We enjoyed our stay there. The pool was used everyday. They provided supplies that you would otherwise have to purchase, e.g. paper products and soaps. They were very helpful with a couple miner glitches. The house and property were very clean and well kept. Highly recommend!

Concert weekend

On our first night at the house we had a storm that knocked out the power to the house and fried the refrigerator Gretchen and her team was quick to replace the refrigerator.
