There was no shuttle. They provided a ride through uber or lyft upon arrival at the airport and our return to the airport. Both times the original drivers who were both almost to our pick-up canceled and we had to wait longer for someone else to pick us up. Breakfast was not very hot and staff did not keep the crumbs and such wiped up.

Very messy and dirty floors were filthy in the hallways trash on the floor towels, dirty ones on the pool area did not even have cream for your coffee, just the package of creamers Our room even seemed not so clean, and the pillows were the size of a pancake

The property was okay, nothing spectacular. The lobby area looked nice, but once we got into the elevator, it was clear the hotel was pretty rundown. As soon as we reached the third floor, there was a strong odor of food and cigarettes that lingered. Unfortunately, the smell was even worse inside our room. I actually considered switching hotels, but I was so tired that I decided to just tough it out. Opening the window helped a little, or maybe I just got used to the smell. Overall, the place needs some serious TLC, and I wouldn’t stay here again.

The OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE performed by Miss Bianca at 4702 East University Drive, Phoenix Arizona 85034. Miss Bianca made me fill very comfortable and well taken care of. Miss Bianca made sure that all of my questions and needs were handled with surperbness! I feel very strongly that she should be place in a management position with a salary increase of additional $20k a year to she can make the Country Inn & Suites By Radisson one of the best hotels in the country!
