The stay was so pleasant, thank you for the little complimentary surprises!! We a We're so thankful to have received them. The TVs were down so we were really able to use them but other than that very clean, neat and beautiful room. Thanks again to all the staff, we definitely felt the love.

We arrived at 10 PM, the room next door had 2 kids laughing screaming and bouncing on beds till 2:15 AM! We had to get up at 3:15 for a flight. Wouldn’t do that again!

The front desk staff were so awesome! Not only was the one-night room rate better than others in the area; my questions answered when I called prior to booking; the confirmation call on the day of our reservation was a really nice touch! TV's: The location is undergoing remodeling & some rooms don't have them installed yet. If the staff forgets to mention that, it's a good idea to ask at check in. (My friend & I read another review about the tv's) We wanted a room w/a tv & that night there was availability to give us a different king room so it worked out. Others might see furniture cartons in the hallways for rooms that aren't completed; it's understandable considering the remodeling that's happening. It's a non-issue & nothing was in the way. Noise Stuff: I would suggest asking for a room a few doors from the elevator & facing away from the frontage road/highway as that stuff really carries. It's an airport hotel so noise is going to happen. (Ear plugs are a help in travel 😅). Our room was very clean, the shower was awesome after a long day of driving & the bed was comfortable ~ all the things we needed on our last night of vacation. Breakfast was probably just an off day with the eggs & sausage not being warm. Everything else offered was okay and the coffee was pretty good ~ that's a nice find when traveling ☕️. There's also hot tea for the non-coffee folks 🙂 All in all, we had a good stay and will consider other Choice properties on future trips 😊

The hotel was way over priced for its current condition. Our tv did not work, the towels were like sandpaper, the hallway was filled floor-to -ceiling in some places with boxes and furniture, and we had 1/2 a bottle of shampoo. The location was close to the airport which was convenient. The staff we encountered was nice. $190 was WAY over priced for our experience!

Our stay was very disappointing. We got into our room and it smelled awful. It hadn’t been cleaned. There was hair all over the floor and on the comforter. We had no shower liner. I will never stay at this location again. The positive was the front desk gal was very sweet and accommodating.

Upon arrival, we were asked if we wanted a room with the TV since a lot of TVs were not working. We did want a TV, sometime later in the evening we discovered there is no remote in our room and asked the front desk for one. After a long wait, we were told They were too busy to get one for us. The next morning we again asked for a remote and the person at the front desk stated they are making a note. Needless to say we didn’t have TV access during our stay.

Checked in for a four day stay and the staff told me there was no cable tv in the room. They did however move me to a different room the next day that had cable. The price was exceedingly high due to spring training being in town, I would have stayed next door at the Marriott but it was sold out.
