This large cul-de-sac estate offers endless fun, excitement, and relaxation without ever leaving the property. Here, we have something for everyone!

Available May 26 through July 13, 2025.

Pool with water slide, jumping rocks, and a splash pad.

Sport court with 3 Pickleball courts, full court basketball, tennis, and volleyball.

Putting green

Commercial playground and swing sets.

Enjoy movies and games on the 13 foot projector screen and surround sound.

Game room with shuffleboard, pool, ping pong, and darts.

This home features an open floor plan and living area, just perfect your next gathering.
Large open kitchen with two interior dining areas and plenty of outdoor dining and lounging areas.

Comfort at every turn including a massage chair, cozy high end beds and a tv in every bedroom.

The fully stocked kitchen has all the gadgets you need to prepare your favorite meals and includes all your basic spices.

There is a canal that runs directly behind this property which goes for miles in both directions. It’s perfect for jogging, biking, horseback riding, and even fishing. The riparian preserve is also just a short walk and offers ponds as well as miles of hiking and biking trails.

This area is known for its amazing hiking trails, lake access, restaurants, and entertainment but with everything this property offers you may never want to leave the home!

For your security we have cameras around the entire exterior perimeter of the home.

Short term lease required. Parties and events are not allowed. Maximum of 12 people allowed at the property at any one time.

Bedroom 5 is an office/ bedroom combo with inflatable queen size bed (see pictures). Bedroom 6 is a detached structure with a queen size sofa bed (see pictures).

Wonderful surprise in Gilbert, Arizona

We recently had the good fortune of staying at this wonderful property in Gilbert, Arizona. While the weather was very hot in June, the house was cool and comfortable during our entire stay. The pool and outdoor amenities were amazing. Any communication required with the hosts were always met with a quick reply. If possible, the home is actually nicer than the beautiful pictures. Definitely first class, and we are looking forward to our next stay. Thank you Jeremey and Sara!

This house is fantastic. It was perfect for a few families to stay together. The lot is incredible, there are tons of options for activities, and all amenities were easy to use and excellent. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.
