It's just a few minutes drive to to the Superstition Shopping Mall and under 15 minutes the open air San Tan Village Shopping Mall with an abundance of restaurants, theaters, as well as major hospitals and care centers. The famous Mesa Swap Meet is just two miles away. There are so many things to do nearby when you make this your home base. You can play at 8 golf courses within 5 miles, catch your favorite Cactus League baseball game or relax by the heated pool with poolside patio area, tables and custom outdoor furniture just to name a few of the possibilities!

There are 3 bedrooms that sleep six comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom and queen beds in each of the other two bedrooms. For overflow sleeping, there is a sofa-bed in the living room that could sleep 1-2 more.
