The couch and ironing board had multiple stains and the microwave would light up but not heat anything up. The bedroom AC was non operational either. Had no Hot water the 2nd night of our stay. Told the staff at noon and came back at night and still no hot water. Had to take a cold shower. We only had 1 set of towels for 2 people. Typically you get at least 2 sets of towels in every hotel I have every been in everywhere. The bed appeared to be remade and not actually cleaned as there was hair and debris in the sheets. The price was reasonable so we didn't raise hell but no hot water, come on man do better.

We needed to go out and purchase cleaning supplies to stay the one night because it was late and we couldn’t find another accommodation at that time. I’m still waiting for my refund. I’m addition this is not a Baymont Hotel! TERRIBLE!
