The pool area and hot tub is great, the hotel is very convenient to Scottsdale, Tempe, and downtown Phoenix destinations..but most of all, this last visit, we had superior customer service from the front desk and the management. Will definitely continue to patronize this establishment.

Feels like I got scammed

Booked a deluxe room with a jetted tub, but it was unavailable when we arrived and they put us in a regular room without saying anything. Then the hotel refused to offer a refund after contacting Hotels.com. The property did not feel safe either.

I think calling this a resort is a stretch. This a motel. Nothing fancy. The rooms are clean but small. The bed was comfortable. The pool area is nice. Safe enough neighborhood.

The room was immaculate and modern. The staff anticipated our needs several times and was so quick to respond. ~~ Our TV remote wouldn't work. A staff member was in our room within five minutes of my call with fresh batteries. Unfortunately, that didn't remedy the problem and he left. When he came back moments later, he tried one more time with another device and then asked us if we would mind moving to another room. He had the key with him! He also checked the TV before he left. ~~~ Finally, I asked him if we could get a late checkout since we were catching their airport shuttle at noon. He said it's already done. I did it when you booked the shuttle! OUTSTANDING! Stay here! Give the staff a raise.

The room was ok, the property is outdated. They were really stingy with the towels. The jacuzzi was the best thing, the water was hot and the jets worked. Also the park across the street was nice to go walk and sightsee

ALERT: look up reviews for 3 Palms Scottsdale. This listing on this site is misleading, and unethical considering some reviews are hidden. Do not trust photos. Resort is a MOTEL with broken furniture, disgusting sheets, dirty bathroom, and doors that don’t close properly. Scummy business practice by both the “resort” and booking service to allow this.
