This hotel used to be called 3 palms. It's poorly run and the last time I stayed here, they had cleaning ladies take my stuff. It's so poorly managed and pretty run down. It's absolutely NOT a "resort" by any means. I wonder what troubles they had that they had to change their name. I'm never booking this hotel again and don't recommend it to ANYONE. It may be in Scottsdale but it's in a bad neighborhood and I didn't like the look of people staying in the rooms next to me. They seemed shady. Awful hotel This hotel, in my opinion, is even lower than a motel. It's absolutely shocking that they would now call themselves a resort. I remember when I stayed, there were stains on the bed and the floor. Then, I spent more than an hour at the front desk trying to get my stuff back that the cleaning ladies took from my room because they thought I was checking out. DISGRACEFUL !!!

EXTREME FALSE ADVERTISING

The pictures provided when viewing the hotel were nothing like the actual hotel room we walked into. The furniture was outdated and had obvious scuff marks. The light fixture in the bathroom looked like a hazard; the light bulbs looked like they were going to fall out. One of them wasn’t even working. The bath tub is NOT EVEN IN THE BATHROOM!!! It’s in the middle of the room which is so extremely unsettling. Upon checking in, we encountered multiple odd people who appeared to be on drugs/ homeless. Also, the couple next to us was smoking a blunt right out side of their room. The pool and the “park” right across the hotel looked horrible. The pool was small and the chairs were ripped. The water fall was literal blocks of concrete stacked with water falling off of it. The park was so overgrown. It resembled a swamp more than anything. I will definitely never stay here again.

This place is a junkie motel. I had my entire wardrobe stolen from the laundry facility. Staff said they were going to review the security footage but never got back to me, so I had to confront them at the front desk, in which they informed me the security cameras back there were broken. Worst hotel experience of my life.

Staff (Ana) was very friendly checking us in. The hotel looks much nicer in photos. It’s labeled non smoking but there was a lingering smell of marijuana. The room was a little dirty and dated. The bathroom had mold around the door frame.

This was my second stay at the Scottsdale Parkview Resort. It's close to the 101, restaurants, groceries, and a bonus huge park across the street with a lake, games, and walking paths. My room this time around needed some TLC. The bathroom door was hard to shut, the sink dripped all the time, and the knob to close the drain in the jetted tub was broken. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the stay.
