The hotel is beautiful and luxurious, especially the lobby. The room was tastefully decorated and felt more like an old-world apartment with modern touches. The walk-in closet space was very large, the bathroom was spacious, including the shower area, and the room had adequate seating areas. The bed was comfortable. We were on a high floor, making it very quiet at night. The staff, especially the head of the bell staff, were not only friendly but very helpful. We were, however, disappointed in the breakfast service. It took 45 minutes to serve a simple order, and the staff seemed disorganized. A more extensive buffet offering would be a better option.

Very pretty hotel with nice rooms. There is no mini bar or snacks available in the room and no restaurant on site so don’t stay here if you want room service but other than that as had a beautiful stay

The hotel is beautiful. The beds are comfortable and rooms are quite large. We were in room 1726 that opens to courtyard which is wonderful but that and the placement and choice of light fixtures makes the room quite dark. It’s quite difficult to get ready (make up/shaving)

The front desk manager Benjamin was extremely helpful, polite and delightful. The concierge was spot on with recommending a spa and his follow through impeccable. The cleaning staff were cordial and thorough. The engineer was swift and very capable of fixing our door lock which malfunctioned. The front desk women seemed very timid, cowed and unable to stretch beyond rules that they perceived as rigid.
