We stayed for the NYE firework show by the river/Penns Landing with kids and it was perfect! Quick 5min walk from the hotel and the parking in the hotel lot was so convenient. That’s hard to find in the city so I love how this hotel had guest parking. We stayed here years back and the upgrade couldn’t be better. It’s so nice, clean, and modern now. I love how they extended everyone’s stay until 12pm (typically 11am) check out for New Year’s Day so everyone can sleep in a little. They also extended breakfast until 11am for those waking up a little later. Breakfast option were good. It’s the typical bf hotel would usually serve, nothing fancy but it was good and we enjoyed it. The staff were there to help all the time from dining staff, to front desk, parking service, and custodial staff. They were all very kind. They worked very hard during the busy holiday season and still were all very pleasant. The only negative I’ll say is the noise from our room. I couldn’t sleep well. We were in room 1004 and you can hear every car passing by all night long. I’m not sure if it’s because we were so close next to the bridge or from the street/city but the sound definitely traveled all night. A lot of cars racing and with loud mufflers and loud trucks passing. This is not a deal breaker though. I’d still stay here again and again. Such a perfect location and great hotel overall!

Very clean, view from both windows was great, very spacious, bathroom was elegant and modern. Didn't give 5 stars because there no microwave in room, mini fridge froze my drinks even after adjusting thermostat, $175 downpayment for patking and security deposit was a total ripoff. $39 for parking?!

Room and service was in good condition. Unfortunatly I had the luck to have the corner room nearest to the highway and train tracks. This was on the marathon weekend, so it did not help my sleep. Next time, Ill spend the extra and go to a hotel far away from the noise and have a good sleep before the marathon.

I had an issue with the 1st room they put me in during Check-in. The room wasn’t Clean. However, when I went down to Complain about it . The Desk Rep was very nice and IMMEDIATELY resolved my problem. He upgraded my room with a better view. It was very Nice. I really Appreciated that. He was very Professional and Helpful. The Staff was Great and Helpful. From Housekeeping to Staff that prepared the food. Breakfast was fair. It was something off the menu anybody can eat from. Air Conditioning/ Heat was Great! I had a Good time. I go there most of the times. Will recommend
