All staff encountered was courteous and greeted us when passing. Check in was easy. The gift bag of water was a nice touch! Room was clean and spacious, the bath towels could have been larger. The breakfast buffet was nice and adequate. Antonette kept the buffet area clean and there was adequate food selections. Will return in the future.

The staff was outstanding. We did have a problem with the room, do to damage, we did not get the room reserved. Accommodations were quickly made and the stay was comfortable. Jamal, the manager on duty. Took great care of us.

Not enough food for everyone during breakfast. OJ ran out. Not enough seating. No one asked how our stay was when we left. The power went out during the early an hours and no concern shown by staff at any time. Lack of customer service.
