The Hotel Engineer, I believe his name was Lucius King, was over the top helpful. He was proud of the many years spent as an employee and was determined to make sure our needs were met especially with regard to his innovative dining options given the nearby Texas Roadhouse involved a very long line of customers and over an hour wait to be served. He encouraged us to order at the takeout window and dine in the hotel lobby. He even provided a discount card from the hotel. It was a brilliant solution. The ambiance in the Lobby was many times more enjoyable than the crowded restaurant. Lucius even offered some beverages from the breakfast juice machine. He was delightful and a huge credit to all Hampton Inns.

This was a basic, older Hampton Inn. The carpets badly needed to be replaced. But the bed was comfortable; the room was quiet; and the breakfast the usual nice buffet. The location is convenient - and the price was reasonable. So overall, this is a fine place to stay for a night.

The staff was not overly friendly, and the pool was not opened at the promised hours. Also, the bed is one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept in in a hotel. The water temperature also did not adjust well, so it was either too hot or too cold in the shower.

The GM welcomed us warmly, including our canine overlord, Eddie. After a canceled flight to Bangor, this stay was a welcomed experience. The property is perfect for travelers with a four legged companion who needs walked anytime, day or night. Breakfast was great, and the two hosts were friendly and helpful. Coffee could be improved. Highly recommend.

This facility was clean and the staff friendly and responsive. I didn't like that the pool was closed and I wasn't notified until check in. An open pool is always part of my check list when looking for a place to stay during my travels.
