It was great for the location close to the airport but nothing really to do close no convenient stores, etc. even the hotel had no vending machines. but if you’re an airline employee like me exactly what you need for a quick trip.

Upon arrival the front desk staff was dealing with an issue with someone in someone else's soon . She then helped me gave me a key to 2nd floor where the room i was given was OCCUPIED already, I managed to walk in on someone being in the room. She then gave me another room on the 3rd floor where you can smell cigarette smoke , seen an adult condom on the ground. Hot water doesnt stay hot for long. My overall experience was 2 out of 10 . THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME IN PHILADELPHIA

The room was very clean. Small refrigerator and coffee maker for convenience. I thought that was a nice touch. Work desk space if needed. Courtesy bottle of water. I will stay at Four Points By Sheraton again.

Parking was awful!! My husband needs a handicap lot and we were able to get one for the first night we were there. The other nights we had to park in the back. Parking was ridiculously over priced, with zero security and no cameras anywhere. There was an issue with break ins when it cane to people's vehicles. The one lady was helpful the first night, she did help me with discounted Parking and the lady that checked us out never asked how are stay was and was very rude. We'll never stay at this hotel again!!

Check in was 3pm. We got there around 4:20pm. front desk told us we had to wait, then she ran back the hallway. Then she came back and said she’s waiting for someone to put the rooms in for her and we needed to wait for 5 minutes. Then the wait was longer, and the king bed was no longer available. So we got a room with a queen.They offered no discount for the inconvenience of the smaller bed room either. Then the room smelled like someone was smoking weed in an adjacent room. There was a loud sound of water gurgling. Room 440 is what we stayed in. It was clean though, tv worked, coffee maker worked, hot water and water pressure was good.
