Terrible room condition

My room was dirty,I got the King deluxe room with the pantry included and I was very disappointed in the condition that the room was in. I called the front desk and went down in person to complain and was just told that the issues were noted and I wouldn’t be charge for incidental. There were stains everywhere and damages to furniture plus the hinge to our door broke. I feel like I should’ve been offered another room or something, the staff did not care and kept cutting me off when I told them about the issue.

Jasmine was very friendly, offered to upgrade our room to a suite since we were Marriott Bonvoy Members. We also had access to The Pantry which was stocked with complimentary different food choices and drinks. Our room was very clean a and spacious. The shuttle drivers were helpful and courteous.
