Sleeps 2 families (up to 12 people on spare mattress). 2 living areas, 2 Bathrooms, 1 QB, 1DB, 9 Single (Bunks), DVD, TV, CD, Washing Machine, Air Conditioning, Dishwasher, Boat parking, BBQ, Outdoor area, Fenced yard, Dogs OK (outside only).
Need to supply own bedding (sheets, pillowcases, doonah covers for Single and towels)
