The appartments was great. Clean everything you need and spacious. Great location. Management was poor. Checkin, room wasn’t ready. One day the lift broke. There was no notification to say this had happened. Could access the stair with key card. Didn’t even know where stair were

Thanks Sam for your feedback. We are so sorry to hear the room was not ready on arrival, I shall speak with our executive Housekeeper as to what happened here. Regarding the lift, unfortunately this is out of our control through we did ensure that we had the lift company on site ASAP and had in returned to service within 45 min. We are pleased though you found our apartments clean and spacious. We do hope you give us another chance in the future.

I am very sorry to hear that you found our guest service staff to be rude and non informative on check in, unfortunately as you have register your feedback as Anon I am unable to look into this situation future. Due to the public holiday we are in high demand for parking, I understand that more parking was opened in another section to facilitate so I can only assume you are referring to the free park spaces, which are first in basis and not guaranteed. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I felt like a friend. The room was large enough for my purpose - short term stay I noted on another review that I could smell cigarette smoke and the management went out of their way to rectify the situation and keep me informed. I didn’t mention it to receive the treatment bestowed. It was a testament to management and the staff. Thank you very much
