Excellent service and a quick (no lines) check in. Spotless room, and a great view of the San Gabriel mountains to the north. The hotel is easy to find, just off the 210 freeway. Very comfortable beds. All good! Highly recommend.

Lovely staff and clean room. Bathrooms are small and awkward try and find space for personal items. Rooms are dark. Glich was housekeeping forgot our room Saturday. We were eventually given two nights of free parking as compensation.

To apply the name, the Westin to this facility is a tragedy apparently after 11 PM there’s only one person at the concierge to assist the entire hotel and nobody is in before 8 a.m. to get a bellman service or anything because they have done a serious cutbacks and staff and and quality when I went to the bar to order a $17 order of fries. It had garlic powder not really real garlic or anything fancy like what you would expect from the Westin and the price did not match it was just very mediocre. I probably could’ve got better food and service from a motel six they charge a price that you would think might include breakfast but no it’s still $20 for a mediocre service. Is it kept up to look somewhat gorgeous? Yes is it local to all the things you need yes but it’s not set up where you can use the pool currently because it’s in construction nor do they have a Jacuzzi just ridiculous. I wouldn’t spend the amount of money that you spend there for what you get any other Westin I have had an amazing experience and never even wanted to leave the hotel. You didn’t have to this one you do and that’s crazy especially for the price point. The rooms have a limitedamenities. There is no minibar and they charge you for a bottle of water and atrocious amount. I would just say if you’re gonna spend your money do it somewhere else or you get better accommodations? I couldn’t even call security when somebody was spamming on the door for hours across from me just sad
