I’ve been stay with Hilton every time that I go to LA San Gabriel for years. I lost my T-shirt somewhere so I was calling Hilton that I stayed last Sunday just to make sure that I didn’t left it there. I called for 5 times. Edward answered 5 times. He would not give me the number to the lost and found. I just wanted to check if I left it there. He was following the instructions that he supposed to I guess. But it was the worst call that I’ve ever experienced. I was even asked him if he is a robot. He hand up on me 4 times. Because of him I would never stay there again. I would definitely would not recommend anyone stay at Hilton ever.

Great for a short stay! Recommended if you're looking for a hotel in the area. We only stayed for one night, but everything was very clean. Staff is friendly. parking lot isn’t gated, but the staff is attentive and makes sure only guests use it. Elevator access is also secure—only those with a reservation can use it. The water pressure was a bit low, but not a dealbreaker. Overall, a good experience and we would rebook.

Loved the room and the lobby. There was a musty smell in the room but not overwhelming. Love the new shower also. The halls seemed to be a bit worn as did the elevator areas.
