Clean room. Staff were helpful. Convenient location; visiting relatives in Pasadena and it was 20 minutes by surface streets (no freeways!) and super easy getting there. And the price: a lot cheaper than comparable hotels in Pasadena.

Nice visit

Those tiny omelettes were nice for breakfast. Parking is well illuminated and safe. Staff was kind and responsive. Room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated having a fridge and microwave. Hotel was reasonably quiet and I had a restful sleep.

Everything was good. I had an Amazon Package delivered, and they took it to my room while I was at a doctor's appointment. Someone grabbed it and threw it in the trash. It was unopened and obviously had something in it. I got an apology but no compensation for the loss. They had mentioned get ahold of Amazon to see if they will replace it. I do not think it is Amazon's fault.
