I stayed here for 5 nights and it was an absolute disaster. The front desk staff have a hard time understanding English, making even simple requests frustrating. There were cockroaches on the parking floors, which was disgusting. I requested housekeeping for 4 days in a row—yes, you apparently have to request it the night before—but they never showed up. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told they don’t have one. On top of all this, the fire alarm went off and the fire department had to come—apparently there was a rat in the lobby! Everyone had to evacuate. The bathrooms were filthy, and the overall experience was absolutely horrendous. I would strongly advise avoiding this hotel.

Loved my stay here after a terrible hotel prior (the leef glendale, avoid) They saved my entire trip. Clean rooms. Quiet. Really nice pool and staff. The woman bartender was amazing and very professional amidst rude guests rushing for their orders while she was the only one working with a super full bar. Parking was a dream and decent price per night for the ease and location just below the hotel and safe. Will be making this my main stay for work trips. Thank you Pasadena hotel! Until next time!

Very nice room….evident of room furniture, carpet and bathroom amenities. Staff was always helpful and professional. Great pool area with beautiful view of San Gabriel Mountains. Also very good proximity with walking distance to fine restaurants.

The signage going into the 32 dollar a day parking is a bit confusing. Not large vehicle friendly. It’s a beautiful old building, with narrow elevators oversized carts, loading in and getting around is nothing less than clunky. :-(
