Staff was extremely friendly and the room was very clean and a beautiful bathroom!! Loved swimming in the pool but at night time it wasn’t heated enough. The hot tub was really awesome with some really powerful fun feeling jets.

The restaurants had great customer service. Unfortunately the hotel itself did not. I paid a lot of money for a room that wasn’t in my opinion worth the price the pictures are deceiving, there was two extra guest rollaway beds in the room when we arrived that we didn’t request so that tells me nobody ever even went in and checked on the room before we got there. There were other guests food trays that the staff left outside our suite that were there for a couple hours. The air conditioning in the room didn’t work that great. It seems like the hotel is under staffed the front desk in the middle of the day had like eight people in line and there was only one employee. For how much money we spent on the room and food and drink I could’ve went on a vacation with plane tickets for that price was very disappointing. My wife and I were there for our anniversary. I wouldn’t say it was a horrible experience, but there was more disappointment than we expected

Food options were decent. Room service was wonderful. I liked the decor. Access to the pools was great. The spa access was an unexpectedly lovely bonus. Enjoyed morning yoga. Would love to come back here again!

From the moment we arrived, this resort set the standard for true luxury. The staff were absolutely world-class—warm, attentive, and professional in a way that made every interaction feel seamless and effortless. Their genuine care and attention to detail elevated the entire experience. The grounds of the property are stunning, with beautifully landscaped gardens and thoughtfully maintained spaces that invite you to relax and take in the surroundings. Every pathway, poolside area, and view feels curated and picture-perfect. The rooms and common areas were spotless, elegant, and meticulously cared for. It was clear that the resort takes great pride in its upkeep, ensuring that guests feel comfortable and cared for at every turn. Overall, this resort delivers on every promise of a luxury stay—combining exceptional service, beautiful surroundings, and a flawless attention to cleanliness and detail. We would return in a heartbeat.

The hotel isn’t very new. Also, I had to wait 40 minutes for a table at breakfast around 9 a.m. If you’re not here for an event, I’m not sure it’s the best option.

This is the loveliest and most peaceful hotel near the Huntington Library. The staff drove us to and from the hotel to the gardens. I loved the experience. The food is delicious and the landscaping is beautiful.
